PiedmontValues.com shows values wines from the Piedmont region of Italy.

Just because a wine is low priced doesn't mean the wine is a value. A wine should be considered a value when it is priced less than similiar scoring wines. A $50 bottle of wine can be a value when similar scoring wines are $100. That "value" index is 50% because the wine is 50% lower than similar scoring wines.
